Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
Payment & Shipping Method
All orders are shipped only after successful prepaid payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.
Exchange Policy (Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)
We maintain strict quality standards. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item due to our error, we will assist with an exchange.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Clear images or videos of the issue are required.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If unavailable, store credit may be issued.

No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns. Returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference will not be accepted. Please review product descriptions and size details carefully before placing an order.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delay, we will coordinate with our courier partner. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
